Any one wanna help to solve a excel mystery with a shared workbook?

So what it's the big mystery then...

I've created an excel file with links to diffrent other files. And now when I've shared the workbook and other users are supposed to input comments in their respective sheet, some of them just disappears! Anybody who have any clue of what that's all about, and secondly, any advice on how to get the file back on track again?

I’ve had these sorts of problems with shared workbooks before, but never was able to diagnose what was going on. I tend to just avoid using them now as they cause sooooo much trouble and are quite restricted in what they can do. There are usually better ways to get around things like this.
