Hope someone can help me out here...I am using Notes v 5.0.12.
Scenario:
We are doing some "position mapping" on our employees. Our intention is to send the effected employees an email with a button that they click which sends an email to a mail-in dB in which the body is a note from our Legal department stating that the employee has had a discussion with their manager.....that part I can do. I would like to have a second button ("Have had the conversation, have questions...." that, when the employee clicks it, sends them back a canned standard email with the Grieveance Procedures (preferably with an attachment, but not 100% necessary). I cannot do it with the standard Simple Actions that the button gives you and would assume that it can be done with script (yes, I DO know I am long-winded :->) -- any help out there? Or, does anyone know of a Lotus/LotusScript thread I could research?

Thanks!
