Any hacks for sharing excel workbook with multiple users?

After scouring forums, I have yet to find a solution to sharing an excel workbook without losing several features (Eg: macros, tables etc).

I have built a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within excel and have a need to share it with three other users.

Unfortunately, many of the necessary features are not supported in shared workbooks. Any ideas?

hello

What about splitting the application and having Excel files as a front end for users (they can each have their own file without needing to share) and the data in an mdb file?

what do you think?

Thanks for your reply Fazza!

Do you know where I could find a resource to make that happen?
