Any easy way to get data for point on scatter plot?

I have a scatter plot, sale price (x-axis) and discount (y-axis).
Is there a way to quickly get other information, such as customer name, for that data point? Such as if I select that single point it will give me not just the x and y values, but other information for that row of data in Excel?

Is there a way to access that label data when hovering/selecting (instead of text always appearing) for very crowded plots? I think the XY Chart Labeler provides text overlay (always)?

I'm on Mac Excel 2011.
