Another Random Issue

So, this is probably very simple but i am trying many work arounds with no luck. I simply want to delete empty rows. I added a sheet that had maybe 75 cells with numbers. No formulas, not formatting etc, but that one sheet doubled my original file size so i just want to delete the empty rows. But it will not let me, doesn't matter if i right click delete 1 at a time, select all and delete. I've selected all and verified cleared contents etc but no luck. I even opened a new sheet and copied the data and still couldn't delete. So any help would be appreciated thanks.
