Another IF Then Stmt Question

I need to modify my formula so that if the referenced cell is empty, then it returns the result " -", if it has a date in it, then it will return the result of the following formula:

=DATE((YEAR(M172)+AC172),MONTH(M172),(DAY(M172)-1))

Suggestions again??
