Annual work rota on Excel

Hi

I have just completed a work schedule for 2018 January to December.


I have used the count if formula to count the total Holidays, total shifts, and sickness for each month.


I need help as I need to count shifts for 4 weekly pay period as suppose to monthly.

not sure if this is achievable

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
