Annual escalation formula based on remaining months

I need to add a formula in column D (expected value) that takes the monthly amount and escalate it X% annually (every 12 months) through the remaining term.
Example below:
Amount Escalation Months remaining Expected Value
$389.50 3% 77 32,558.76
$389.50 3% 11 4,284.50
