I am trying to create a macro or code that exports one of my queries into excel. I find the most convenient way is to highlight the query and then click the "analyze w/excel" button on the menu bar. Is it possible to create a button on my switchboard that will highlight the query and automatically click this button and pull up the data already in excel? I would prefer not to create a button so that it is as automated as possible. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Hullo. I suggest you start your search at this website: http://www.xl-expert.com/MenuItems_2/Excel_201.asp This is a broad topic, and you'll need to do a bit of digging to get it working how you want. Either that, or explain precisely what you want done, which verisons of Access and Excel you are using, and I may be able to help further.
