An error on export to .txt file

Hello - I am trying to export data that has been formatted - using the advance "fixed with" options in access and get the following error... PLEASE HELP!

An error occurred while trying to export data from table...The data was not exported.

Any suggestions??? :oops:

you really need to give a lot more detail. are you using code, menu choices etc how many records, have you checked that you have write permission to the iretory that you are trying to save the text file to. What processes are you doing when this happens. What version are you using, does it work ok with the standard export. is iit a table or a query that you are exporting?
