I must have a nitrogen bubble in my brain or something similar,

I cant remember how to use a for next loop to move across a column

its easy down a row because they are numerical values

but how do you do It for column A to F step 1

use Cells function, lets you pass a number for row and column

For c = 1 To 6
Cells(1, c).Value = ...
Next c

I would try

n = 1 to 5

For n = cell(3,n)

next n

I could be worng but its where I might start
