I have a Form sourced to a table (tblRFPManager) On open, I always want it to open to a specific Record.

Can that be done?

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Let's say that your form is named "Form1" and you have a field named "ID" and you want it to open to ID number 13.
Then put this code in the Open event of the Form:
Code:
Private Sub Form_Open(Cancel As Integer)
    DoCmd.OpenForm "Form1", acNormal, "", "[ID]=13", acEdit, acNormal
End Sub
