Alternating Thread Colors

I have a rather widescreen monitor and I like to browse the 0 response posts by scanning down the right column.

It would be easier on my eyes if each post/thread used an alternating color so I don't have to trace with my mouse pointer back to the left to see which post to open.

Is there a user setting or display profile that would allow this?

Not that I'm aware of, but you can easily view which posts have 0 replies by selecting "Unanswered posts" under the Quick Links menu at the top of the forum. That will sort the threads by number of replies, with 0 replies first.
