Allow multi-user do data entry in Excel VBA Userform [at the same time] on the local network

I made an Excel file with multi-userforms & want to Share and Sync this VBA excel on the local network for data entry from multi-users... Can Be??

Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
