Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer.

i'm trying to create excel (2007) spreadsheet that will list all possible combinations of 5 different groups of numbers, while filtering out some rows. Each of The 5 groups can contain between 1 and 8 possible numbers.

for example:
Group 1: 4, 5, 6, 13, 17
Group 2: 12, 22
Group 3: 7, 18, 21, 22, 23, 28
Group 4: 1, 13, 24, 28
Group 5: 31

i need it to eliminate any rows that uses the same number more than once, and, any rows where the numbers are not in numerical order (I.e. 4, 12, 7, 24, 31) since the 3rd number is smaller than the second number.

ideally, each group would be in separate columns.

i've searched the forum for similar posts, but have not found any that deal with varying group sizes.

thanks so much again for your time and any assistance you could offer.

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
