Alert - First Monday of the Month

I'd like to have the word Project appear in cell E2 on the first Monday of each month. Any ideas on how to do that?

I assume you want E2 blank if it is not the first Monday

=IF(TODAY()=EOMONTH(TODAY(),-1)+1+CHOOSE(WEEKDAY(EOMONTH(TODAY(),-1)+1,2),0,6,5,4,3,2,1),"project","")
