I used this formular you provided me to add the grade for 4 compulsory subjects + 2 best other subjects out of the 9 subjects and it worked for me: =SUM(C2,D2,E2,F2,)+SMALL(G2:K2,1)+SMALL(G2:K2,2)

My problem now is that, I want to calculate their aggregate on the master sheet. I used this formular : =(ENGLISH!H3)+(MATHEMATICS!H3)+(SCIENCE!H3)+(SOCIAL!H3)+(SMALL(RME!H3:BDT!H3,1))+(SMALL(RME!H3:BDT!H3,2)) but had this as feedback in all the cells: #VALUE!

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Try to enter your formula with CTRL+SHIFT and Enter.
