Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Please post (preferably with XL2BB) 5-10 rows of sample data and the expected results so that we can get a good idea of just what you have, where it is and what the expected results are and where they are.

What would the results actually look like for that particular sample data & where would they be?

If this is not feasible with formulas, would a vba approach be acceptable?

.. and I cannot copy from an image like that to test. :( Can you use XL2BB?
