Age from ID and current year

Good day,

I need assistance with a formula that Calculates the age of someone using their ID number and the current year.

We do not want the formula to be specific using the =today() formula. The formula need to subtract the first 2 digits of the ID number from the current year.

Can you post some samples of the ID's & the expected result.
Also how do you determine the current year if you don't want to use Today()
