After Hide/Disable Ribbon - I want to add a custom menu to title bar - Is it possible?

The Excel Menu Top Left contains option for Move, Size, Minimize, Close

Is it possible to add/remove options to that Menu - Such as Remove Minimize - Add Print, Save, Etc?

Is it possible to change Color of Title Bar?
