On one worksheet called DATABASE i have in each row a customer & their records.
In each row at column AC will be a value of which will either be CASH, BANK TRANSFER LLOYDS or CHQ

On another worksheet called INV is where i then invoice the customer.
Selecting the customer from a drop down at cell G13 on worksheet INV all the values are copied from DATABASE worksheet
On this worksheet at cell L18 is the value from the AC column on worksheet DATABASE

This is where i need some advice.
If the value is BANK TRANSFER LLOYDS then at cell J18-J23 my bank details will be shown.
I need to make an edit to the shown bank details but unable to find this code.
These bank details are hidden until BANK TRANSFER is shown in cell L18

I have right clicked the worksheet INV then using the FIND option searched for parts of my bank details to hopefully find it within that sheets code but nothing is found.
So im now stumped as to how i go about this.

Please advise what you would do in this case.

Hello! On your DATABASE sheet you have a column L, where you write CASH, BANK TRANSFER LLOYDS or CHQ. You need to look at this column, and if, for example, cell L18 contains BANK TRANSFER LLOYDS, then card data (cells J18-J23) will be shown, which can be changed if there are no restrictions on editing these records.

Column L is on INV sheet.
I didnt understand what you wrote.
That cell in question is populated from sheet DATABASE so i need to find where the actual code is.
The code also has font height, font used etc etc so there will be a nice section of it to find but that is my issue, Finding it

How data from the DATABASE sheet gets to the INV sheet. Is it a formula, a query, or a macro?

You have code in Sheet modules, Standard Modules and UserForms.

Try
• Find
• Tick the Current Project checkbox (bottom left)
• initially try Sheets("Database") in the find what box
Then keep hitting Find Next until you find something that looks like what you are looking for.
If you know any part of the code that is more specific so that you get less "false" hits use that in the Find What box instead.
