Hi there! I've been using Excel regularly for about a year now, so I'm still getting my bearings. However, I'm excited to deepen my understanding and hone my skills. I'm especially keen on exploring VBA and intermediate Excel functions. Any advice or pointers you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

Thx

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
In my opinion, hanging around on fora is the best way of learning VBA. You can first watch others solving VBA questions, dive into their solutions. Eventually, when you get your hands on the syntax etc, you will learn to solve the easy problems yourself. Finally, you will learn that it is actually a lot of logical thinking. Do a lot of research on the web and bring that into practice.

This being said, it will ask (a lot of) time to learn any programming language....don't forget that.
On the other hand, when you learn VBA or another programming language very well, the next one will be so much easier to learn because you understand the logic and common functions.

If you do cross-post in the future and also provide links, then there shouldn’t be a problem.
