Advice on an Excel Book for a beginner/intermediate?

Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but can anyone recommend a book to a beginner/intermediate who is looking to gain skills using Excel? I have Excel 2010.

Would any of the "Dummies" be best?
