Adjusting Screen Resolution

I've created a database utilized by a group of users. Not everyone in this group has the same size monitor or screen resolution settings. When I created one of the forms used for reviewing records and used most, I was able to see all of its contents perfectly in one nicely sized box. When other users tried opening it, they were unable to see fields at the bottom unless they resized the form and used the scroll bar on the right to scroll down. I was wondering if there is a way to set a users screen resolution or desktop area when this database opens. And then, reset it when the database closes. I'm stumped and am not even sure if Access has this functionality. If there is no way to do this, I'm looking for alternatives to my problem as well, besides cramming all of the fields as closely together as possible.

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
