adjuntar barra de herramientas

Hola.

Como puedo adjuntar una barra de herramientas a un libro mediante código VBA?

Nota: manualmente ya lo se, pero no me interesa.

La verdad, a mi no me gusta mucho adjuntar barras de herramientas, porque por experiencia propia, ODIO que se metan con la forma en que tengo personalizado mi Excel. Por eso, lo que hago es crear la barra de herramientas (Y borrarla también) con código.

Walkenbach tiene una buena explicación de esto en su página (www.j-walk.com/ss), pero en realidad no es complicado, solo hay que utilizar los objecto CommandBar (La barra como tal), CommandBarButton (Los botones), CommandBarPopup (Los submenus), y modificar sus propiedades.
