Addins with Multiple Dependencies

Hello there, I'm having a problem with an addin "deployment" structure.
So I have a spreadsheet (.xlsm) that has a reference to a vba addin (.xlam), this addin contains multiple declare statements all pointing to the same dll (Myaddin.dll). This dll, to work, depends on other dlls (among which there are the C++ Qt libraries (QtCore4.dll, QtGui4.dll)).
The xlam file and all the dlls are in a folder while the xlsm file is in another (this is because multiple xlsm files have references to the addin so I want to keep it in a centralized folder and not having to copy it every time).
Now the problem is that the first dll (Myaddin.dll) can't find the other dlls (QtCore4.dll, QtGui4.dll) from which it depends even if they are in the same folder.
Any Idea on how to fix it?
Thanks in advance,
Regards
