Howdy All!

I'm making a nice report - but am curious as how to create (or where to put?) sub totals and/or grand totals. For example:

I have no trouble doing this...
_____Sales TY____Sales LY___Total__Difference
Bob____100_______150_______250____-50
Jim____210_______125_______335_____85
Ed_____105_______175_______280____-70

But I'm not sure how to do this....

Grand
Total___415_______450_______865____-35

Should it be in the Report footer? If I put something in the Detail then it will repeat for each person... Is there a SUM() command I need to apply somewhere? I've been able to work with running totals - but I really just need the totals!

Thanks for any tips!

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Sorry for using up this bandwidth and space!!!

I missed out on an "=" sign. All I needed to do was add a control in the report footer - something like '=Sum([LYSales])' and I've got some nifty totals!

Thanks just the same!!
