Adding to a question!

You can only edit a post within 10 minutes of submitting it. After that if you want to add more information you should probably just use the "Post Reply" button to add another post to your own thread
 
If you really want to amend something in the origianl post you can hit the Report button in that thread and detail exactly what you want changed (best to include the new text verbatim and state that it replaces all the current text) and then this will probably be actioned fairly swiftly by one of the moderating team.
