I am using a form with 3 sub-forms included that are continuous (Thanks to Parry for showing me how to do that). In 2 of my sub-forms track the education credits of members in the cell Credits (how odd that it would be titled that). In the main form all the personal data is inputted name, address etc. but also I need to have a total of the educational credits from the sub-forms in the cell total credits (once again how odd I know). Since I am completely new at Access which Parry can contest to so please remember the KISS method.
Thanks

Check the answer I have just posted to Charlies question about calculations in text boxes, you need to employ the same method.
