I have uploaded to Dropbox a workbook containing a chart showing blood glucose readings over a 36-day period. Here's the link:
During that 36-day period, the insulin dosage was increased from 30 units to 34 and then to 38. The attached images shows the chart as it is in the workbook and then how I would like it to be. with vertical lines dividing the chart into 3 sections with labels for each section.
Ideally, I would like to be able to have this done automatically using the data in Column D, but I am happy to do it manually.
I know that I could generate three separate charts and place them side by side, but I'd prefer something like in the jpg if that is possible.
