Dear xcellers,

I have a stacked chart with data on open/closed items per week;
the x-axis has the weeks and on the Y-axis we have % open/closed items:
I wnow wish to have on Yaxis on the right side of the chart (secondary axis)
the total number of items in that week (= # open + # closed);
Is there an easy way to achieve this?

Thank you :confused:

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Could you post a small sample of the data you are plotting, either using Colo's utility (below) or in tabular form within the body of the message?

Right click the chart and choose Source Data. On the Series tab click Add and in the Values box specify the range for # Closed. Repeat for # Open and click OK. Right click the # Close series, choose Chart Type, click Line and OK. Repeat for the # Open series. Right click the # Close series, choose Format Data Series, check Secondary axis on the Axis tab and click OK. Repeat for the # Open series.
