Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Correct should it look like this.

=SUMIFs(table[[#All],[Date]],"="&B4,table[[#All],[CRG HRS],[Sick],[Annual],[PPH]]]]])

it keeps on showing me an error on the bold section: =SUMIFs(table[[#All],[Date]],"="&B4,table[[#All],[CRG HRS],[Sick],[Annual],[PPH]]]]])
