How do I write a macro to insert a line at a change in value of one column?

What do you mean by "at a change in value of one column" - the total for that column, a change in a value of one cell in that column?
Where in your sheet do you want to insert your new row? Insert below the cell where the value changed?

If I have a column with employees' names, and I sort by the employees' names, I want to be able to insert a line where each employees' section ends.
