Okay, I've got a switchboard that I would like to include merge with LabelWizard as a menu item. In the Edit Switchboard Item, I selected "RUN CODE" in the command line, then in Function Name I typed in "LABELWIZARD". I thought that was all I needed. Where am I going wrong?

Thanks!

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
First in the reports view create the report that will produce the labels, save it and name it.

In the design view of the form, add a command button and go through the steps, choose preview report and choose the label report you saved.

This should do it.
