adding Exclamation mark to multi lined msgbox

please help me add an Exclamation/question mark (image) to the below msgbox.

MsgBox "The Cost Details" & vbCrLf & "And/Or" & vbCrLf & "The Revenues Details" _
& vbCrLf & "Don't Exist", , "The entered Dr. ID is NOT showing"

Not sure which one you want, but here is an exclamation mark:

MsgBox "The Cost Details" & vbCrLf & "And/Or" & vbCrLf & "The Revenues Details" _
& vbCrLf & "Don't Exist", vbExclamation, "The entered Dr. ID is NOT showing"

Try something like:

MsgBox("The Cost Details", vbYesNo + vbQuestion, "Click on Yes or No")
