adding delete to a vba in excel 2010

I am looking to add the section below for the DimlRow as long...to delete rows from an existing file, save and close the file but the file only opens then stops without any error message.

Are you trying to delete the rows where col A contains the *** that you have shown?
If so does the actual data contain ***, if not what is in those cells?

I am looking to add the lines of code in read to the rest of the code below. The code in yellow goes to the end of the data set in a template and counts up to delete hour 2 for each 24 hour set. The code not in red is the original code that sets up the template file. I hope this helps.

I have a new problem now, the get open file command is giving me a runtime error 1004 (application-defined or object defined) the red font rows of code below worked before I updated the code you gave me for the deleting portion but I am not well versed in VBA so I dont know if one has to do with the other.
