Hi all,
I have a workbook that contains a userform used by members of a team. They complete the userform, click submit, and this collates their data into a "Master" workbook that I use. All works - no issues.

Due to the nature of the userform - it's mainly for recording ideas as they're speaking to the wider business- it would be beneficial for the team to have access to this userform directly from their ribbon, regardless of which workbooks they have open, to fill in and submit.

I know (or - I think!) this must be possible, but it's beyond my current limit... Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance!

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
To make this work the "main" macro to be invoked must be available at any time, so I think you have to split your current workbook in an AddIn in which the "main" macro resides, and a Workbook in which the users data is stored. You then distribute the AddIn to the intended users or announce its location (in a network environment). You also do this with the custom tab for the ribbon, about which you can find an explanation how you can adjust the ribbon to your liking, over here ...
