Hello all,

First time poster and I appreciate your patience. I have done some extensive Googling and can not find a solution to my issue (could just be my lack of searching skills).

I have created a fairly simple list in Excel 2003 with about 10 columns that will be updated daily. It will be shared among my 6-person office for essentially creating "to-do" items. As of now, when the user clicks "Data" and then "Form..." a data-entry form is displayed with my column headers on the left and the ability to either view data or enter a new row of data by filling in the open text boxes next to the headers.

Is it possible to take away the ability to type freely into this form, and rather add a Combo Box to certain line items so that the users may only choose specific options?

Thanks!

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
