Hi,

I want to add the cells the in each column of the duplicate rows and make it only one row.

A 1 2 3
A 2 4 5

Result: A 3 6 8

I think what you are asking for can be done using Excel formulas, can't know for sure because you did not show us your existing layout and what you want from it. Here is my guess... you have an existing set up that looks like this...

and you want the sum for Columns B, C and D where Column A cell values are the letter "A". You can use this formula for Column B's sum and copy it across for the other two column's sums...

Adjust the ranges and text search value to suit your layout and needs.
