The formula below works as it should, but I would like to modify it and am struggling with the syntax.
I need additional logic to say, that if T2 cell is blank during (r,MATCH($T2,ORACLE!$A:$A,0)
Then
Search on cell U2 on column C. For example ((r,MATCH($U2,ORACLE!$C:$C,0)

=LET(r,MATCH($T2,ORACLE!$A:$A,0), IF(ISERROR(r),"CSN NOT FOUND",IF(INDEX(ORACLE!$BN:$BN,r)="INV-MS SERVICE",INDEX(ORACLE!$BH:$BH,r),"NOT ON SERVICE CONTRACT")))

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
How about
Excel Formula:
=LET(r,IFNA(MATCH($T2,ORACLE!$A:$A,0),MATCH($U2,ORACLE!$C:$C,0)), IF(ISERROR(r),"CSN NOT FOUND",IF(INDEX(ORACLE!$BN:$BN,r)="INV-MS SERVICE",INDEX(ORACLE!$BH:$BH,r),"NOT ON SERVICE CONTRACT")))

Solution
Try:

Excel Formula:
=LET(r,MATCH(IF($T2="",$U2,$T2),IF($T2="",ORACLE!$C:$C,ORACLE!$A:$A),0), IF(ISERROR(r),"CSN NOT FOUND",IF(INDEX(ORACLE!$BN:$BN,r)="INV-MS SERVICE",INDEX(ORACLE!$BH:$BH,r),"NOT ON SERVICE CONTRACT")))
