So here is what I have thus far =iff(nz([1-30 days])+nz([31-60 days])-nz([consultfee])>0, 0,(nz([1-30 days])+nz([31-60 days])-nz([consultfee]))

That statement doesn't work though. The consultfee is the field that sometimes has negative numbers that I want to display as 0.

Two things:

1. It should be IIF, not IFF.

2. You have it set to return 0 if your calculation is greater than zero, not less than zero (change >0 to <0).

How do I get it to bring back a zero just for the consultfee field?
