Hi All realy new to access but what i am trying to achieve is having a button on my form which would record the start time and stop time on each depression of the button eg if i left my work desk for 15 min break i would activate the button and on my return press the button again this would record a time interval of 15 minutes then at the end of the day a query could run to add the total time out and divide by a 7hr 30 min day to give me the time i was away from my workstation any ideads?
