Add values where text equals something

hope someone can help.
So i have an excel timesheet output.

Some spots in the excel it will show like this
6 Hrs Straight / 2 Hrs PTO or just pto like this 5 Hrs PTO or maybe no pto.

So basically i want to add up pto value in the entire sheet the value wherever it is "x Hrs PTO"
