Hi there,
I want to add up the total of AL and Toil,
=SUM(COUNTIFS($B1:$B23),{"AL","Toil"})

I tried this but it wasn't taking it :(

Sorry for the screenshot, I have limited access at work.

How about
Excel Formula:
=SUM(COUNTIFS($B1:$H23,{"AL","Toil"}))

Solution
In that case how about
Excel Formula:
=SUM(COUNTIFS($B1:$B23,{"AL","Toil"}))
It was perfect once I took the $ out so I could pull it across for them all, however I clearly didn't state that when I asked my question.

Once again, Thanks Fluff :-)
