Add together cells with certain values counted twice?

I want to create a 'Totals' column (column C) that will count certain values twice. How do I express the following as a formula:


C1 = (A1 x 2) + B1

In cell C1:
=(A1*2)+B1

 

[llall86]

Nevermind:


=SUM(B1,A1*2)

 

[llall86]

In cell C1:
=(A1*2)+B1
