Hi

I have a sheet I want to be able to look for the last record or last row of data and paste new records from another sheet
The layout for both sheets are the same, just not sue about the lastrow function

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
You can find the last row in column A with data like this:
Code:
LastRow = Cells(Rows.Count,"A").End(xlUp).Row

Upvote 0
Code:
lastrow  = range("A" & rows.count).end(xlup).row + 1

Upvote 0
lastrow = range("A" & rows.count).end(xlup).row + 1
That is really "first blank row", not "last row", right?;)
Ultimately, that is probably what they are really after.
