Morning - my first post so excuse any errors/missing data.

I've got a PT and related Pivot Chart that I've created that's showing sales (generated from a calculated item that's the difference between 2 columns (order/credits) of a split column field) per day. It's displaying exactly as I need it to (bar some formatting) currently but somehow I need to add a target line generated from other data.

I've searched around a bit and understand this might be possible by copying the data to a normal chart, but for a start I can't seem to get seem to get the data to transfer into a normal chart, and secondly I don't know how this will cope as the PT/PC will be continually updating and growing!

Can anyone suggest a better method or explain how to create the normal chart correctly?

PS: I created an html of the xls using BlueGriffon cos I couldn't download the MrExcel HTMLMaker but I can't seem to paste the HTML anywhere in here?
