Is there any way to add a second field to a row. For example I have item number and want to add the description to the Row with the item number. So the Row would be 1234 ITEM,THIS IS ITS DESCRIPTION vs just the Item number?
I was thinking I could create a calculated fied to combine the item and the description into one text field but would this slow things down or??

Basically like this:

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
This works but I was wondering if there was a better option?
Added new calculated field to the data table.
=CONCATENATE([No_],CONCATENATE(" ",[Description]))
