Hi,

I have a column that have phone numbers on it.

I understand that changing the format to text you can then enter a phone number and the leading zero will show.

The issue here is that i have 1000 rows with this.. some rows with a Destination name, some with just a phone number.

Is there any function or VBA code to automate this instead of having to update cell by cell?

Thanks

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
=TEXT(A1,"0# # ### ####") or

VBA Code:
Sub FormatPhoneNumbers()
Dim rng As Range
Set rng = Selection
For Each cell In rng
    cell.Value = Format(cell.Value, "0# # ### ####")
Next cell
End Sub
