I have written some custom functions for excel in visual basic. They are currently stored in a module in my PERSONAL.XLS project. However there are a lot of people where I work who would like to use them. Is there any way to save the module as an add-in (on the network), so people can just use the Add-Ins on the Tools menu to install them?

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Yes, just save your workbook as an add-in (from the save as type drop-down) and inform everyone of it's location. Then all they need to do is select Tools- Add-Ins and Browse to where your file is located and install it.
